Consequently, the organisation established a STEM after-school educational centre that has the ability to teach the kids critical thinking and technical skills they would need to compete in world where many of the jobs of the future have not been invented. It is pertinent to state that we ensure a high number of enrolments of the girl child and youth in STEM Education to enable capacity building, mentoring and tailoring of their career instinct at infant stage, which is imperative towards nation building.

Also, our organisation implements staff development and instructional models that use recent knowledge about STEM teaching and learning. Develop a system of support, technical assistance and access to professional development for teachers and volunteers nay techniques to increase communication and build relationship with parents, students, administrators and schools support staff.

We also extend our entrepreneurship training gesture to women and school girls in rural and urban centres. All our activities always take the consent of the stakeholders involved that include government authority, parents, village or traditional rulers and other relevant constituted institutions.
